Chanel Tee Quite milky but doesn't hurt the eye when I use it to remove my waterproof mascara. I used to use micellar water, and have always find them very hard to remove eye makeup. I personally recommend using a separate eye remover like this to remove them, save me lots of time and effort tugging at my eyes!
