Customer Service & Marketing (General) Support
Work Location: Singapore, Bukit Batok
We are looking for dynamic candidate to join us as a Customer Service & Marketing Support, responsible for:
- Maintaining timely customer service on Viimart.com and all other e-Marketplaces
- Dealing with all customer queries including but not limited to product advices, feedback and/or technical related questions
- Maintaining close contact with customers and trouble-shoot any operation issues to bring forth excellent customer experience
- Proactively communicate with customers to understand the needs and preferences
- Supporting the development and implementation of our brand’s marketing campaigns
- Assisting marketing executives in organising marketing activities, communications and/or promotional events on various e-Marketplaces
- Strong command of spoken and written English language
- Good computer skills (MS Office, web-based systems and social media)
- Good communication skill
- Good inter-personnel skill
- Dynamic and solution-oriented
- Able to demonstrate initiative and highly responsible
- Fast and willing learner
