This cult favorite still melts off stubborn makeup seamlessly without stripping your skin of its natural oils, it naturally exfoliates and brightens with vitamin C-rich acerola extract. But now, mineral oil has been replaced with natural ester oil, butylated hydroxytoluene is gone and skin-friendly vitamin E acetate is in its place (allowing this cleanser to be used on all skin types, even kids!), and butyl parahydroxybenzoate has been replaced with phenoxyethanol, an ingredient naturally derived from green tea to provide a fresh, rose scent.
Even more, the texture of the cleanser has been improved to be even smoother and softer with a higher melting point, meaning no more summer meltdowns!

After applying on to my skin and rinsing it of with lukewarm water, my face feels fresh, hydrated, and probably got rid of my dead skin. I do not use this cleaner by itself because it makes my skin dry. After this cleanser, I continue with my daily skincare routine.

Vicky Leong My skin is ridiculously sensitive AND I wear long wear, full coverage foundation. This stuff does takes off my makeup so easily. I use about a grape sized bit (circumference, not mass), massage onto face, and remove with a damp makeup eraser type cloth. Boom. Makeup gone. I follow up with a moisturizing cleanser (double cleansing has saved my cranky skin) and a moisturizer/and or serum. I can't tell if there is any added fragrance, but it seems to work well with my skincare routine. As an added bonus, it comes with a spatula to scrape product out with so it doesn't get under my fingernails. So if you have sensitive skin that's prone to dryness and flakes, I'd say go for it!
