1. At the last step of your basic skincare regimen at night, take a generous scoop of the mask and gently massage in a 360-degree circular motion around the eye area, pressing down on the six pressure points (two under the eye area, two at the corners of your eyes, and two over the eyelids) and then circle around your eyes.
  2. Repeat three times or more for additional release of stress and fatigue as needed.
  3. Allow the formula to absorb and leave on overnight. This mask can also be used for mornings you find yourself with puffy, tired eyes and need a little extra help to wake up the eye area.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for extra cooling and soothing properties.
  5. Precautions: Avoid putting product directly into the eye.
